National Insurance App

National Insurance is India’s one of the most leading insurance company which operates has its offices across India with captive employee base more than thousands.

Challenges:

Being one of the reputed company in the insurance sectors the company has standard IT infrastructure and systems in place, everything was in place sell company wanted to create a common universal system to provide company information and holiday calendar to employee based on the city they belong to, as holiday calendar was different for different city to communicate the same it was difficult for the HR to publish and communicate with each of them separately. In order to honor and appreciate the religious and regional segment of the employee at each geographical locator company wanted to give some art images to be shown with information, which was again a challenge either to print physical calendars or via new sellers, so company wanted to automate this via mobility Solutions.

 

 

SOLUTIONS:

We at Kazma Technology after brain storming with their Team design a system where from master control
configuration panel, each of the graphic of art and location wise holiday was configured from web admin panel., each employee where sent the app link which they downloaded from companies FTP server as it was internal application with company level data it was not published on play store for data security reason.

As soon as the data feed was pushed from the master admin panel the data relayed to mobile application and each employee has the custom view of the app as per their location. Broadcast notification was configured from where either notification pushed to ensure employee of the company or city wise branch wise as per the choice of the administrator and needed it was send and accordingly data starts reflecting in the app, kpl ultimately it removed the gap of communication between the company HR department and employee to share information. Employee app was given to share their grievance and feedback either anonymous or with their name of any cause that is needed attention in the company.

OUTCOMES:

The process automation made the data flow from each department to individual level employee upstream and downstream seamless and saved the time and resources which was used to achieve the same to the highest level. Over all improving the efficiency of the organization using technology , here we used a mobile app and a web interface as a medium to achieve this.
